"Have gotten to know Tyler AC over the past few years when our previous HVAC guy retired. Techs Chris & Jeff have been knowledgeable and responsible keeping our aging system running. Jen & Cinda in the office have always been super helpful. Jeff spent time here last summer milking along our AC system in very HOT weather. We spent time a few months back with a technician deciding what our needs were when repairs to our heating system were mounting. The office helped us figure out the best way to move forward, hooked us up with a home energy audit in order to qualify for rebates, etc. We chose our new system, they ordered it and the installation date was set. They said it would take 2-3 days to compete the install. As of today, it is done. 2 1/2 days. Hot, humid, heat wave days and the 2 guys worked hard. We are presently enjoying our nice cool home while watching Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Rings."

"The appointment was made within 2 days of contacting them. The technician (Brian) was punctual for a 7:30 am appointment. Once there, Brian did a fantastic job of communicating the services that he was performing and kept me very informed about the status of the AC system. He found some issues that had been previously overlooked by former HVAC technicians and provided me with a very detailed understanding of what the outlook for my unit should be in the future. I noticed an immediate improvement in the cooling of the house as well as the air quality. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. I liked this service and I liked AVI like a true relative. Our lives are changed thanks to their dedication and craft. I would give them 10 stars if I could. My family has been fighting allergies since we moved in, 20 years! These professionals came early and took their time. They found one of my ducts filled with lots of trash that was pushed in during a recent renovation to our bedroom, they fixed it. I had insulation in my exchange area-they removed it. They cleaned and disinfected all of my ducts, cleaned my furnace and dryer vent. When they left you could not tell they had even been there. They will be the only ones I will use in the future!"
