Recently, during the cold spell, our boiler began acting up, turning on intermittently with just a little nudge each day. After reaching out to several companies for estimates, we chose M&R to replace our 50-year-old boiler. Tom was the first to arrive to assess the situation and provide an estimate. Once we decided to move forward, M&R was responsive and punctual with their appointments. The team handling the installation consisted of Dex, Jake, Josh, and Tony. They were professional, respectful of our property, and made sure to clean up the area around the boiler. The installation was completed in one day. Tony also stopped by twice to check on the progress and made adjustments to sync up our zones. We are very happy with the work and professionalism of the entire team and are glad to recommend M&R to anyone in need of heating repair or replacement.

Great company with great people. While job was done very professionally, quickly, and in a clean manner. They did a full install with brand new ductwork. Despite all the cutting and drilling required, they left my house cleaner than they found it. The installers were knowledgeable, skilled, respectful, and a pleasure to have in the home.

Awesome experience. Started with Tom and his expertise during the estimate phase and continued through the installation where Simon, LJ, Mike and Jake did an amazing job during a really hot week. They minimized the stress on us by doing one system each day leaving us with some AC. Super clean, very polite and respectful and would recommend this team to anyone in the future!

Arrived fast during one of the hottest weeks of July. Provided accurate estimate that was a competitive price for equipment supplied and the labor. Was able to use existing line set which reduced the cost a bit. They also provided an fast installation date during a busy month. The A/C system was installed on the day scheduled. We had another large contractor install an HVAC system at a weekend cottage that rescheduled the installation multiple times. M&R provided excellent service.

Excellent service at a fair price. Can't ask for much else. They arrived on time, from estimate house call to doing the job, and completed the work on schedule. They were professional and kept a clean job site. No surprise cost increases even when there were slight changes in the job. And did I mention their price was very fair?
