He came out to my home free of charges went over in detail what options to think over with my family and gave me a very fair and reasonable price compared to other companies. I was very happy with how honest and threow David was , I decided to get a new mini split and David came to the house on time and already had all the parts for the job and got straight to work , he was quick and very efficient he was so Lazer focused I hardly knew he was there working. When the job was complete David went over all of how to use my new unit and if I had any questions to reach out and call. "There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. The new tank and heater were quickly put in the basement with no problems."

"Pete, Jake and Jeremy and a couple of other workers from Cool Heat Mechanical did a great job on installing 3 central air conditioners and air handlers at my house over a 3 day period. They were neat, clean, on-time and did an excellent job installing the American Standard A/C and air handlers. The units are running great and improved my energy efficiency tremendously over my older units. Pete is extremely knowledgeable with his profession of installing A/C and heating systems. His pricing is excellent as well. We are also using them to install a new heating system within the next few weeks. We initially met with Dave who reviewed their products and gave us the pricing for the job. Dave made an excellent presentation of all their products and did not use any high pressure selling tactics. He offered some nice financing options through EnergizeCT that I was not aware of as well. I did have multiple vendors competing for the job and found that Cool Heat Mechanical was the most knowledgeable and had the best products and pricing in my area. I did a fair amount of research and this company is the one to use for your heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend Cool Heat Mechanical for your HVAC requirements."

"It went very well. The problem was fixed completely. I'm very satisfied. I thought the problem was simply a defective pressure relief valve. Not the case - the problem was a water logged expansion tank. Joe drained the system, installed a new expansion tank, a new automatic water feed with back flow prevention, a new 30 psi pressure relief valve, and a new automatic air vent. All the replaced components were old, so it made good sense to me to replace them. Joe even installed shut-off valves on the water feed and expansion tank line so that if new the expansion tank ever becomes defective, it can be replaced without having to drain the system. When everything was installed, Joe refilled and purged the system and thoroughly tested it before leaving. I am completely satisfied with the worked performed. Excellent work and good value."
