He came out to my home free of charges went over in detail what options to think over with my family and gave me a very fair and reasonable price compared to other companies. I was very happy with how honest and threow David was , I decided to get a new mini split and David came to the house on time and already had all the parts for the job and got straight to work , he was quick and very efficient he was so Lazer focused I hardly knew he was there working. When the job was complete David went over all of how to use my new unit and if I had any questions to reach out and call. I am more then happy and thank David with Bearded Bear for helping me and my family. We definitely be using this company in the future! "I called first thing in the morning on June 30th, as I had been without hot water since the previous Friday night. (Good thing it wasn't winter!) They not only came out within an hour, they secured a new unit and installed it the same day! That included emptying the old unit, removing it and installing the new one. The job was done by mid-afternoon.
They gave me a quote over the phone, and billed me the same amount. I was very pleased.
Last summer they installed a new central air unit for me, did a great job then as well. I just hope the furnace isn't going to go next! But if it does, I will know who to call.
