"Matthew was very quick to get back to me and get the job done right. I had a leaking toilet that was not seated correctly so it ruined the floor beneath. I had this issue fixed 3 times before. Matthew came out and replaced the flooring underneath it and now it sits correctly on the floor and no longer leaks. I would definitely have them come back if I had any other plumbing problems"

Once project started, all lies and delays lasting years of our lives with constant angst and headaches. Bathroom was never able to be finished, Paul would run out of money and for something that should?ve taken 3 months lasted over 2 years. I am still dealing with paying other companies to fix problems as Paul and his crew are unable to fix mistakes. They will come in and cause new problems. "

We're happy to bid on all types of painting, staining and interior design projects in the Denver metro area. Locally owned and operated, we're a small company with big capabilities, including interior painting, exterior painting, commercial painting, deck finishing, and interior design.

"Reported Kayan LLC/R. Lala to Consumer Protection. No respect for the elderly of parent of a disabled child. His masonry work was poor. Had to hire another company to repair the incomplete work. Did not glue on the caps that lay on the wall blocks, trim blocks to appropriate size and did not reinforce open gaps between the side walls and the floor pavers. Carpentry work was extremely poor job. He put up a ceiling under a deck, but did not make any provisions for installing a gutter or slanting the roof and the water accumulated between plywood and the outer panels. I had to hire a different contractor to remove these panels as they would have fallen on someone. Panels removed with one hand, leading to a downpour of accumulated water. He charged a miter saw and roofing nailer to my credit card and refused to return the tools and unused supplies. Quoted $3750 to powerwash and paint my handicap ramp in freezing temp and yelled at me when I refused. No remorse for his actions. "
