"Tim came out when he said he would, was friendly and courteous.  He diagnosed our problem and proposed a solution.  He patiently answered all our questions and installed the new equipment that very day. In a few short hours we had a functioning water system with much better water pressure than we ever had here before.  We knew the complete price ahead of time. "The turn around was very quick and went smoothly. Everyone was very polite, friendly and respectful. I am very pleased with my counters. In order for it to go quickly and smoothly it's important to have everything ready including purchasing the sink (if you are providing your own) and faucet, and the original counters clearing off for the template and removed for the install."
