Absolutely horrible work, hands down not worth the money or aggravation. Rigal Lala took $3,700 and 2 months to work on pouring a concrete porch and repairing a basement ceiling. After hounding him for weeks and reporting him to Angi, he came back to make a bad job even worse. Cracks throughout the entire porch floor that will cause major damage to the floor and room below the porch. Concrete has ripples and waves in it, literally. Claims to have paid $3,780 for materials (Quikrete from local home improvement store) and said he had the receipts. When I asked him to send them to me, they magically became difficult to produce. Agreed to refund $1,000 IF I recanted my review from Angi. I wouldn't without the refund, so he never contacted me again. I have the whole conversation recorded. This man has no conscience and skill. To take all that money for what he did is irreprehensible. Rigal could not do the work, do not even consider hiring this company, the bad reviews are real.

I want to write a rebuttal to my first review. I wanted to delete it, but I don't know how. I'll say that my first review was written at the request of Kayan LLC. Now that I'm having problems after work done by Kayan LLC, I'm writing my own review of this work. My problems after the work are the same as in the review by Richard S. Everything is described absolutely accurately. We even had the work done in the same months. I can say one thing: If you want to have problems, contact Kayan LLC for help. You won't have to wait long. Here's a photo confirming my words. I invite everyone to visit my home and see the aftermath of this work.

Rigel Lala did a great job for me: Pointed the center rear wall of my building, repaired my chimney, Epoxied my roof with white sealant, installed a new gutter & down spout, nailed down my roof top frontal for strength during storms. Also scraped and painted water damaged wall and room inside.

Rigel and his Dad did excellent work with precision and took ample time to do the job right.

Had sidewalk done in October and in January noted the whole surface was crumbling. Called and said would be out to repair. I have been calling and texting and it is August now and I haven?t got him here is even look at it. His voicemail is full and haven?t had any response. I guess I?m screwed.

I was looking for a company that could do the work I wanted done, I found the #1 company Kayan LLC. They are the most dedicated, trust worthy, hard working, honest, and reasonable. I absolutely love the new side walk, loved it so much I had redone my porch and stairs done. After that was done They gave me a gorgeous wall for plants. I have gotten so many positive compliments. I can honestly say I loved their work so much, I had my whole bathroom remodeled with the same results beautiful. Rigel will always ask if you like the work done so far. They take such pride in their work. You can hire this company with no regrets, I am happy to say I have the most beautiful work that was done for me. Just can't wait till I can plant flowers.
