"We have had a Capital Oven with intermittent igniter issues for the past several months and called over to see if they can help get it back to working order before the Holiday cooking season. John C at A Action Appliance showed up in the time window provided, had the problem diagnosed/confirmed in approximately 10 minutes. He had the parts replaced and oven back in running order in less than an hour. He was nice, clearly communicated the problem and confirmed full price of repair before completing. "I would not recommend. I am a real estate agent and contracted this company to install a radon mitigation system in a home prior to closing based on a high radon level test during inspection. I met the company rep at the property and he quoted a system later that day after inspecting the home. The system was installed two weeks later and a retest came back more than double the level of the initial test. This company claims they have a warranty to cover any system modification to get the levels below 2.0. The company sent a crew back out twice and yesterday said the slab is too thick for the system they installed, the hole the installers drilled is too narrow and the home is in a flood zone. We knew the home was in a flood zone, but this company never asked about that and did not do any due diligence prior to installation. They are refusing to honor their warranty and are now quoting a different system that is much more costly. Can?t recommend."
