I had a tenant who believed had mold in their apartment. I called Apex and David was helpful right from the start. He did everything he could to win the trust of the tenant. He was as thorough as possible in his testing and provided first-class service. It turns out in we did not have mold and he provided all appropriate documentation. David is a true professional every step of the way. He was responsive to my needs and answered my phone calls and texts in a timely manner. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Excellent every step of the way. David returned my call quickly, quoted me a price to do the testing. He was courteous and professional and friendly when doing the test, assured us that he found no dangerous condition, and that he would call us back within 2 days with the test results, which he did. He then gave us advice on two easy steps we could do ourselves to remedy the situation. At every step of the way, David texted me to let us know his status, when he would arrive, etc. This company is excellent, in my experience with them.

The service was excellent, they know what they are doing, they are on time and the technician (David) he was informative, efficient and any questions I had he was really very good.

David ran tests and confirmed the air in our apartment at the time of testing was free of any pathogens.

David not only offered me the most affordable price after getting quotes from several companies, but he was able to come out the next day, and even came later than his usual work hours when I couldn’t get out of work early. He gave me great advice onsite and even promised to rush the lab results so that we can finally be able to move back into our apartment once we know it’s safe. So helpful and accommodating - I couldn’t recommend more.

We set an appointment and for 9:30am. I received a text reminder from the company and David, their service rep, phoned me that he was on his way. Sure enough David arrived right on time. His inspection was thorough. He made a walk through inspection, and air quality test, and a infrared test. All told it took about 45 minutes. David was very professional. I got the lab results in about 4 days

They came on time, on the scheduled date. They collected samples and got the results back quick. My issue was that the report did not include anything but the type of mold found and the mold count. I had to get it tested again by a better company that included, not only an identification of problematic mold, but an indication of where the problem was, how big it was, and what work was needed to remove it - a mold remediation plan.

From start to finish, Apex was professional, courtesy and informative. They spent time with me over the phone explaining what needed to be done and answered all my questions. Their automated text message system makes scheduling appointments a breeze. When Owen arrived, he was courteous and knowledgeable. He made sure I was comfortable with all the testing he was doing and frequently asked me if I had any questions. Additionally, he was punctual, which is a rarity when dealing with 3rd party service providers. Overall, great experience but a bit pricey compared to other quotes I received. But as the old adage goes, you get what you pay for!

David and his assistant Orinn did the mold inspection and was very knowledgable. My wife and I were very worried cause we never experienced mold in or around our home . David explained that the mold problem wasent that bad to put us at ease and that he will write up a report on his finding and make a plan for remediation and restoration

Drywall in my living room and dining room were wet/damp and had a white sheen. I asked Navon to do a thorough job since I thought he was rushing the test. He assured me he was testing it properly and showed me his ID. He called me with the results and then emailed me the report. There was no mold and he recommended I get dehumidifiers for the basement and first floor. I was pleased with his work and would recommend Apex.

Took wet sheetrock down. The so-called treatment or disinfection took about 20 seconds and was a simple spray on of some liquid. It wasn't a thorough scrubbing as expected. Did not remove trash and left Garbage bags that were too heavy to be moved by garbage men. The cost for the level of work done was excessive in my opinion.
