+ -1 moreMike was able to come less than 24 hours from my call to assess our situation. We'd had a water heater die and it flooded two rooms. He is very knowledgeable. Based on his inspection and thermal imaging, he did not recommended further testing. He did find moisture and explained how to improve the issue. Companies charge a fee for each site tested (and many recommend at least three). So I appreciated that he was honest and didn't charge for unnecessary work. The expense was limited to the travel and consultation fee.
