Diane called me back right away to confirm the order, she is super nice and was great in keeping me updated every step of the way from the shipping to installation date. You've Got Mail makes it very easy in that you can order the mailbox directly through them, and have the new one delivered by installer. On the day of installation, the installer arrived right on time, and the entire process was just about 90 min from removing the old mailbox to installing the new one. I made the decision to move my mailbox location to the other side of my driveway so that it would be easier coming home and getting the mail without getting out of my car. The installer followed my wishes without any complaints. At the end of the install he used a level against all the sides of the mailbox to make sure everything was straight and perfect. I have already received many compliments from neighbors and friends on the new one. So happy! I would not hesitate in recommending this company to friends and family."

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."
