From the proposal to the permit requirements and final cleanup, Easland was very professional, skilled at their jobs and communicated regularly. You always knew what was going on. Kathy coordinated all of the paperwork requirements in a timely way.David and Tyler carefully and skillfully demolished the small barn(there was a building within 2 ft of the barn). I will use again if needed.

Got a reasonable quote from David to remove an above ground pool, which was taken out efficiently in the morning, and then decided to have them remove a pool deck on short notice the following day. Kathy handled the arrangements nicely.

Easland did a great job from start to finish. We met with David, who evaluated the project and provided a quote that, in my mind, was fair and within the range that I expected. He clearly knows his business and he got his equipment in, got the job done, got his equipment out all without creating a mess to clean up! Kathy did the paperwork and dealt with the Town. She was excellent at letting me know about inspections, approvals and time frames. The skilled equipment operator, Tyler, demolished our cottage, that at some places was less than 6' from our neighbor, without anything hitting that house. We could not have been happier and highly recommend Easland!

My initial feeling was that they were a bit expensive, but after all is said and done they are worth every cent spent. They are fully geared and trained to move sheds. They were careful, efficient, and fast. The shed is over 25 years old and no one else could even figure out how to move it. Easland moved it in about an hour and positioned it exactly on itâ s new base. All in all a very pleasant experience.

We recently bought and moved to a home in North Madison CT. The seller "gifted" us with two wooden hillbilly shacks like moonshiners used to use. Plus a nasty old hoop hut and a big assorted pile of construction junk. It took a little while to find a convenient day, but Kathy kept right on top of it until we found a good day to get the job done. Dave and his crew went right to work and cleaned up every scrap, every board, every old tarp and rag. We're really glad we found Easland for our job and will call them again if we need anything.

Dave and his team at Easland Enterprises are superb! Very professional, thorough, friendly and responsive! Outstanding office staff who made the large demo job easy, walking me step-by-step through the process, and always making sure I knew what needed to be done and quick to follow up with me to make sure all requirements were met. The site was swept clean, with all the debris from the demo completely taken care of. I really canâ t recommend Easland enough! This is the company to go with if you want the job done right!

Ive used Dave for a few yeaars. He has all the equipment necessary to get the job done. He is really professional, offers fair pricing, does his job, and does it well.
