"I was visited by Brian Fialkoff on September 23, 2021. He was here exactly on time, was pleasant, efficient, effectively examined and fixed my problem - a binding power shade. Aside from leaving zero trace of his visit (aside from fixing what needed fixing) he left parting suggestions on how to avoid the recurrence of my problem. "They wanted cash only for their work and were very demanding. I told them I work every morning and they knocked on my door and asked for money from my son who knew nothing about the work I was doing. They would not even accept a check. It is like they did not trust me. Makes me wonder if they are working under the table."
