($10,000+) Their second one just stopped working; a dodgy board? The part is under warranty but they want almost $1,000 to replace it in the boiler; probably less than 2 hours work. I thought they used to be a good local business with ties to the community but be careful; their tankless boilers are unreliable and they'll try to rip you off when your heat goes out in the winter. So much for standing by their work. I'll never use them again."

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

On the 15th he came without the hardware to install the gfci so I had him fix a circuit breaker and light switch. He said he would come the next day to install the gfcis which he did and he fixed a power outlet. The gfcis took 30 minutes and the other electrical work took an hour. His hourly rate is 150 and the cost of installing the gfcis is 50 dollars plus the service charge was 175 so I expected to pay 375. Instead he charged me 935.27 and when I argued he said he would seek litigation. Under duress I paid him by credit card 935.27"
