Peter Harman responded immediately and quickly diagnosed our problem with cable TV, etc in our home. He made needed changes and patiently explained the changes to our system. He showed us why these were needed and made sure we understood. He was an expert in this area, came perfectly equipped, and was a pleasure to work with. Peter from Artisan Tech really came through when my wife and I were completely stumped. After moving into our new home we could not get the WiFi to flow evenly throughout the house. With his help we were able to set up Google mesh routers throughout the home to ensure stable service throughout. He didn’t simply press a few buttons and go on his way; he took the time to explain why certain areas would be problematic in the home and gave us a quick, but understandable, tutorial to help prevent future issues. On a related issue, our Ring doorbell camera and security system were dropping their connection frequently, and he was able to resolve that as well with the fixed WiFi issue. Can’t recommend Artisan Tech enough. Peter was efficient and informative without making us feel or look stupid with these seemingly simple issues we were experiencing. Bravo, and serenity at last!
