"We had a furnace installed by Harp on July 8th 2024 after it being diagnosed by their technician as to the reason our ac system was not functioning properly. That’s when our troubles with Harp began. The installation was not done properly, we needed 3 service calls to get the ac to work properly. The installers were sloppy. We cleaned up screws and wire and parts from the old furnace for weeks. When heating season began we noticed that the humidifier installed with the furnace was not operating. We scheduled an appointment to have it repaired and they called the day of the appointment and told us they couldn’t come that day and we had to reschedule, so reluctantly we did. They finally came and repaired it. From what the technician told me it was not wired properly. On January 21st 2025( the coldest night of the year) the furnace stopped working. We called Harp to get someone to come to repair it as we had no heat in below 0º weather I was told the best they could do is to come the next day between 2 and 6 pm. I tried to explain that this was an emergency but to no avail. I called my local oil company and they were at my door within 30 minutes( which I would’ve expected from the company who sold us the furnace) the repaired it quickly and told us that one f the wires on the control panel was not attached properly. It cost me $300. I would NOT recommend Harp to anyone. They are not reliable and do not stand behind their promises of service 24/7. Stay as far away from this company as possible. We are sorry we ever started with them."

"I spoke with Alvin at about 9 AM on a Wednesday and he had a team at my house the same day. I had three plumbing issues and Eric and Bryan were able to fix them in about two hours. They gave me an estimate before they began work and that is what I ultimately paid. The team was efficient and courteous, and I was pleased with both the work and the fact they were able to come in a short time. I thought the charge was reasonable and competitive. "I had Total Remodeling handle several projects in my home, and when Nick came out, he helped me budget everything in a way that made it affordable without settling for cheap quality. Nick came out and was extremely thorough. He even showed me hidden damage from a bathtub leak behind the wall that I didn?t know about. They completely changed both of my bathrooms, and I was finally able to get rid of that outdated 1970s pink look, and the results are better than I expected honestly. They also helped me out with my front door, and I was able to completely customize the door and added new windows on both sides of it. About two months later, I had Nick back again to do my roof and gutters, which also came out fantastic. I couldn?t be happier with the work, I have no complaints, and I?m already looking forward to having them back in the spring to redo my kitchen!"
