After talking on the phone, I was able to send him photos and video of my setup, along with the model of water heater that I was hoping to have installed. From this information he was able to provide a quote, and let me tell you, being able to get a quote over the phone like that is incredibly convenient. Not only that, but he was able to take the deposit as well as the final payment electronically over the phone as well. The work itself was perfect. Him and his partner where able to get everything in and out without making any sort of mess, and the actual replacement is working way better than my old unit (both hotter water and better pressure). I can't say enough nice things about him, other than if you're in a situation that requires someone to do any sort of plumbing or heating work, he should be the first on the list

- A-Team Plumbing and Drain LLCI have been helping my elderly parents who live in Milford. They had numerous plumbing problems that had not been addressed over many years. I called A-Team Plumbing and they amazed me!! They were friendly, quick to respond, and they did an EXCELLENT job. In the second floor bathroom, they discovered the problem was old iron drain pipe clogged by corrosion. They carefully removed the floor and installed PVC replacing the old pipe. Price was very reasonable. They then installed a new toilet in the half-bathroom on the first floor, replaced the galvanized pipes under the kitchen floor, and tied the deep sink in the laundry room into the sewer (previously draining into a dry well). The crew was friendly, polite, and VERY hard workers. They are the only plumbers I would hire. Excellent job A-Team

They listened to a detailed description of our issue, and promised to call back quickly with some available times to schedule the work. The plumber arrived promptly, and was clearly very knowledgeable about all aspects of the trade. Great care was taken to protect our floors and other bathroom fixtures fixtures against damage as our toilet was removed, the closet seal inspected, found to be faulty and replaced. Steps were taken to ensure that deficiencies in the original installation by a previous homeowner that caused the old seal to fail would not recur, and then the toilet fixture was carefully reinstalled, using all new parts where appropriate. The job was completed as quickly as practicable, but without compromising quality, care or leaving debris behind for us to clean up. In short, Marzano Plumbing offer a level of quality in their work that is seldom matched today, at a fair, reasonable and competitive price. We intend to use them for all our future plumbing projects, and are happy to recommend them to anyone else who values a professional job well done. He asked good questions to get as much information as he could before getting to work. He ran the system multiple times, as it wasn't presenting the problem. He did clear a related issue but went the extra mile and continued to investigate. It was then he detected the problem we were experiencing and fully assessed the source of the malfunction. Because of this thoroughness and diligence I believe he avoided having to come back out a second time to fix the larger problem (and we avoided having to go another week or two without the use of our bathroom!) He was clean and knowledgable in his work. He didn't have the part but his team got it out to him quickly. He got to work and fixed it timely.
