It took longer than he thought and was a difficult job to do. The house is old and can be difficult to have work done. But Mike was fantastic. He knew just what to do. Great to start the new year with my new system in the tub. As seniors we will definitely call him again for any plumbing problems. We hope he will be available when we do. Thank you Mike you are a hero to us.

The leak was worse the next day. Three days later the plumber returned and agreed the problem was the water heater. He installed the water heater.

Mike was great. He was early for our appointment and he went right to work finding the problem. He had to remove a part of the pipe and replaced it right away. Problem solved. Drain was draining perfectly. Everything was cleaned up and done in record time. We will definitely use them again as we are seniors and we live in an old home with old plumbing. Thank you for solving our problem.

Excellent Job, faster than expected and new fixture looks great, besides replacing the mixing valve he also fixed the tub drain, added a gas line for mt stove, and replaced the leaking washing machine faucets.

Service was performed on time. The hot water heater and shut-off valve switch are located under the kitchen counter. The shut-off valve switch was plugged to an outlet located above the counter, and the wire was left laying over the counter going down to the shut-off valve. This obstructs the kitchen counter and makes it look like a 'cheap' quick job was done, even though they charged me over $2000. I called them and explained my issue; they said that their plumber do not do electrical work. All I was requesting whether they could run the wire through a conduit that does not obstruct the counter. They did do anything to mitigate this and did not agree to give me any credit either.

They gave me an estimated price and did a good job on the repair. However, when it came time to pay the invoice and I asked about the 10 percent discount I was told it was already included in the estimate. Also, I'm not sure if the tech forgot or never heard me but he didn't leave the old part onsite.

I think the price was fair. It's a very small company, he seems very honest and reliable. The job did cost $4000 but it did cost me some construction work to finish it and that was done by somebody else.

I came home on November 23rd to find my water heater leaking. Having been through this experience years ago, I knew that failure was imminent. I called All Plumbing around 3:30 pm, and, to my surprise, they were more than willing to come out the night before Thanksgiving and install a new heater. They asked me to take a few pictures of the existing water heater to make sure they had a replacement on hand. I emailed them the photos and got an immediate callback saying they would be out shortly with a replacement. Mike arrived and removed the existing water heater and installed a new one. The work was completed in about an hour. I've had Mike out before for other plumbing work, and, would not hesitate to call him again.
