"The gentleman who came to my home were absolutely great! Explained everything and made sure I was happy with the work every step of the way. "I really liked CT Basement systems. The sales rep walked me through the process of the basement SaniDry I had installed. When the installer came it turned out that I didn’t need all of the duct work and I was able to save a few hundred bucks. The installer was very professional, neat and helpful . I definitely will hire this company again. Customer service even followed up with me a few days later and had to remind me to register the system (good thing because I had forgotten)."
