"Bought a faucet at Lowe's. After looking at the connections for a pedestal sink, I decided to have this one professionally installed. It was a two hour procedure for a professional plumber. Though not a difficult job for a plumber, everything about the job was very professional. Appointment was confirmed. A telephone call was provided giving an update of when the plumber would arrive. Kevin was the name of our plumber. He was very courteous. He covered our floor, wore shoe covers, cleaned up afterwards. He checked the plumbing for leaks and drainage. Contracting the way it should be."

He said he would be here at 9am and miracles of miracles he was! He said the job would take 2-3 hours and he had it done in 2.5. "HR Drywall and Tile did a phenomenal job on our drywall repair, tile repair and framing. They were so spectacular and skilled in finishing we had asked them to take on new projects as soon as they could (and they made it happen!) Specifically, they took what looked like a sad construction site with lopsided beams and poor drywall cuts and edges, shotty mudding and tile work (done by an awful contractor) and transformed our house into a place we can finally start calling a home. He organized his subcontractors (plumber and electrician) so that the work proceeded smoothly, and their work was high quality. The bathroom is transformed and looks wonderful. "I suspected a toilet might be leaking into our flooring, so I asked if a technician would come out to the house and run a camera through the toilet line to look for a leak (a service many plumbers do not offer). We are nearly an hour from the office and outside the service area, but the office manager spoke to the owner and he agreed. The technician came, inspected the area and toilet, and then said that he was sure the problem wasn't the toilet. He made other suggestions for how we can diagnose the leak (which don't result in money for his company). He did not charge for the service call! Truly an unusual and positive experience."
