"This site mandates a value variable. Since I only got one bid due to a lack of callbacks,I'm not sure of the value. Matt did call me back within the hour and came over for a 10:00 appt at 9:40. The job was well done in 2 hours and within a 24 hour range. He also told me about and showed me how to bleed the bottom of the tank to increase its' livelihood. That is service above many contractors!! If criticism is suggested here, I would still like to have or be sent the city permit for this install for my records. "Response to my query was immediate. Husband and wife team, Gisele and Amir, came out to the house and wrote down all the things I needed done around the house. The jobs were many and varied and ranged from replacing basement windows, to creating backing for my lower kitchen Lazy Susans (so things don't fall off in oblivion), to staining a deck railing, to repainting basement and outside concrete walls, to reglazing and caulking windows, to creating a trap door for the plumbing, to sealing off/covering some dangling electrical wires, to patching a hole in an inside wall, and more. I got a full 4-page written quote ahead of time and was satisfied with it so I had them begin work right away. I left the house for a few days to go on a business trip and when I came back ALL of it was done and everything was cleaned up. There was only 1 thing that needed a bit more work and Amir came back and did this as soon as we could get it arranged. I liked their work ethic and professionalism so much that I have hired Gisele and her cleaning company to do my monthly housecleaning. We've had one cleaning so far and it was done well. Gisele speaks both English and Portuguese and will do translating when necessary for Amir and her cleaning staff. I am having fun learning some Portuguese words, too! They are delightful, easy to correspond with, up-to-date with technology (you can text and Venmo them), and I will continue to use their services."

"The guys were great: they assessed the situation and made sure the sump pump was working properly. They also gave me their marketing materials for a more elaborate and efficient sump pump system than the one I have, which I might consider getting. They were friendly and very professional. I now have peace of mind about my sump pump and I am very happy about that. The one little glitch in the whole experience was that they removed the tubing from the basement washer spigot in order to connect their own tubing to flush out the sump pump hose, and then neglected to replace the washer tubing to the spigot. Apparently there was a previously unknown leak at that spigot which caused a 15 x 4 foot flood in the basement which I didn't notice until the next day. I cleaned up the flood and had my plumber to fix the leak. So, all is now well."

"PIC Home did renovation jobs in the bathrooms of my home and workers did good job and I am happy what they have done. But I believe that I was overcharged for the remodeling project. I was originally given a written quote which clearly indicated that all plumbing work was included as part of the quoted price. When I was ready to sign the contract doing the job and asked if toilets and vanity in both bathrooms will be removed and put back after new tiles are put on the floors, same sales person told me that an additional $900 is needed for the removal and re-installation of the toilet and sink! (Otherwisie, tiles will be put around them). Then the workers told me the removal and re-installation of the toilets and vanities are appropriate process of installing tiles, I questioned the salesperson about that $900 charge and he insisted that it was not included in the original quote. I paid whole charge since the project had started."
