After determinating that my water heater replacement/installation in the basement would not be a complicated one (e.g., no stairs, no tight spaces), he gave me a bit of a discount. The final price he quoted me was lower than everyone else. (I would say much lower because I don't want to give the impression that his price was suspiciously cheap in exchange for shoddy work. his work was in fact excellent and an outstanding value.) Setting the appointment was quick and painless. Mark worked around my busy schedule, which I very much appreciated. During the installation, Mark kept me informed of what he was doing. The whole process only took about an hour and he left my home just as clean as it was before he arrived. "Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"I was thoroughly pleased with the installation of my new kitchen faucet. What I liked is that they went above and beyond. There were other things in the house that needed attention and Kyle changed did a "wellness" check around the house, the bathrooms and found that the faucet to the outside of the house needed updating. I wills say that their price was a little high but for my peace of mind, it was worth it.
