"I was visited by Brian Fialkoff on September 23, 2021. He was here exactly on time, was pleasant, efficient, effectively examined and fixed my problem - a binding power shade. Aside from leaving zero trace of his visit (aside from fixing what needed fixing) he left parting suggestions on how to avoid the recurrence of my problem. "On time day it was to be installed and did a great job. If it wasn't for the little flags that showed here the heads were you would never know the were here. "I think they treated the wrong lawn. The note they sent me via text message referenced trees and shrubs in my yard, I have none. They also did not leave a yard marker showing they had been there. Otherwise, this would have been a 5 star review."

"Rafael replaced my gross old linoleum floor with subfloor and LVP, replaced the toilet and vanity, and finished the floor work with a quarter-round trim. The finishing work was well done; the floor was in bad shape and he fixed it and made it look amazing. If I had more $$ I would have had him redo the entire bathroom. Rafael arrived early, worked the whole day, and consulted me on every step of progress made. Rafael was always professional, polite, respectful, and well-tempered. I have had workers who have come in with foul language, loud music, and on their phones the whole time. Rafael is a rarity - he and his co-worker completely respect the client's home. I definitely would hire him again!"
