"Inspection of a previously installed sump pump system (primarily the sump pump). Inspection found that it seized up and wouldn't have functioned. Replacement made - and very fortunately - since when the pump is needed, it IS needed. It wouldn't have been good to have a flooded basement or have an upcoming flooded basement."

"Matt and his team arrived on time and were in and out sooner than I expected. They replaced two faucet,s, installed two new shut off valves. They also installed a ball valve and replaced a boiler drain faucet at the main water line into the house all in little over an hour. They left no mess and were polite and courteous.
