Excellent work and customer service

My deck is over 25 years old. It was built out of pressure treated lumber. It had several old coats of stain and was chipping pretty badly. It needed to be powerwashed, sanded to the bare wood and restained. Mr Gutierrez was patient. He had to come back over a number of days in order to complete the job because of dry time and poor weather. He did an amazing job.

Did a great job exactly as described on the estimate. Easy to work with and responsive to communication. Would definitely hire again.

I have used Gutierrez Painting and Home Services for the last 12 years. He was part of our team when we rebuilt our house after Hurricane Sandy and we have worked with him several times over the last 10 years for other jobs. He is an excellent painter, and refinisher. He has all of the qualities you would want --prompt with quotes, which are appropriate for the job, he maintains his schedule , and completes the work within the defined time period. He is an excellent person to work with and I recommend him highly.

Ricardo and his team did a great job painting our home, He was the only contractor that realized we had used stain versus paint in the past. He also started and finished the job on time. We were on vacation for few days during the project so Ricardo sent us photos each day. We also were pleased at the end our total cost did not exceed the agreed amount. It was a pleasure to work with Ricardo, in fact subsequently we had Ricardo do a small project in our basement. It is nice to work with someone who takes pride in his work. We would not hesitate utilizing his services at anytime.
