He had the parts replaced and oven back in running order in less than an hour. He was nice, clearly communicated the problem and confirmed full price of repair before completing. The installers were very nice, respectful, polite young men-- I would 10/10 recommend this company!!"

His charge was very reasonable and he spent several hours then determined the machine was not repairable due to clothes being stuck in the agitator and the agitator cap couldn’t be removed. He replaced it with an almost new whirlpool washer at a very reasonable cost, and came back for a hose extension when he said he would and everything ended up perfectly. I would highly recommend him."
