When I described the window's operation as being similar to a door opening - he brought over a sample proposal which we were able to insert in a lower corner of the window. Having proved the concept - Frank set out to have the custom screen built (locally) and personally installed it. Result: almost unnoticeable. I'd definitely recommend his work."
