They did a great job installing two stainless steel flue liners, one for the fireplace and one for the gas furnace, replacing the furnace pipe connection, and neatly closing up the entrance to the chimney wall. Repaired the top cap, installed top plates to lining system and installed two rain caps to prevent water, animals and debris from getting inside. On the outside of the chimney, repaired and replaced seven bricks with new mortar. Repaired crown with crown seal and attached new flashing at roof. Waterproofed chimney. Cleaned up all debris inside and out Very personable and efficient team. I am very happy with the work done on my 50 year old chimney."

It might be a one off but we had a van come from Bethpage out to Yonkers, when there is more than one office in the NY area...Friendly and professional and thorough. We ended up paying more than we thought but the chimney hadn't been looked at in quite a while by the previous owners, and there was obvious physical deterioration. They sorted everything including exterior brickwork and left the place tidy. I was pleased with the result."

"Visit 1: Technician diagnosed as Ignition OK but pilot goes out after 30 seconds and tries to light again. Pilot flame is not reaching flame sensor. It was determined to be non-functioning gas valve. Visit 2: Technician installs new gas valve and same issue. Visit 3: Another technician comes and determines real issue to be a plugged orifice. Issue is resolved. Technicians were professional and helpful and was disappointed that it took 3 visits to diagnose this issue and family had no heat for 6 days."
