"i desperately needed gutter cleaning the day before a major storm. I spoke with Dave initially and he worked with me to make it possible and sent out his crew by the afternoon to my house. His crew was so professional and worked very hard to make sure that all the work was done for me and they cleaned up and got rid of all the mess. This company could not have been nicer and helpful. I highly recommend them and am thankful that I found their business."

"I had to have emergency repair work done on my oil burner chimney because of water damage. They did it instantly. Also think price was good, since they cleaned the other two chimneys I have (pellet stove, fireplace) free of charge after fixing oil burner chimney. I highly recommend them. I’m very happy."

"Ray was so helpful and accommodating. We ran into so many issues when we bought a fire pit kit to hook up to natural gas. He went above and beyond to complete the project for us (originally we hired him to simply extend the line and hook up the natural gas to the pit but he ended up having to buy the "guts" to make the pit natural gas ready). Easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. We would HIGHLY recommend Gasworks to anyone looking for a real professional at a very reasonable price!"

"The HVAC system died over the weekend. On Monday I contacted four contractors to get proposals. One contractor said that they could not do the work in a timely manner. I met with the other three. HARP was the only contractor to measure the house and detail the windows for a load estimate. One contractor just used the square footage of the house while the other proposed the same ton system that was installed prior. From a price perspective, one contractor low balled the equipment and came in with the lowest price. HARP and the other contractor were very close in price with HARP being just a tad higher. However HARP proposed a better system and one that met our heating and cooling needs. The system was installed one week after an agreement was signed. The installation went well with a team of four very knowledgeable techs. There a hardware problem with the zone control board, however we had A/C that evening. HARP came the next day to swap out the unit and all checked out fine."

Gas Logs questions, answered by experts

The most significant benefit of having a gas grill over a propane grill is that you never run out of fuel unless there’s an outage in your area, which is rare. Unlike with a propane grill, you’ll never need to haul tanks back and forth to a local fill station, and you’ll never find yourself unable to use your grill because you forgot to refill your tanks. Gas grills also burn slightly cleaner than propane grills, and natural gas costs significantly less than propane, meaning it’s more affordable to run your grill.

Built-in gas grills typically have a life span of 10 to 15 years. However, their longevity can vary based on quality, usage frequency, climate conditions, and maintenance routines. High-quality models made from durable materials tend to last longer. Additionally, regular cleaning, covering the grill when not in use, and conducting routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning burners and replacing worn-out parts can extend its life. A well-maintained built-in gas grill can provide excellent performance and memorable cooking experiences for a decade or more, making it a worthwhile investment for outdoor cooking enthusiasts.

Safety precautions include proper ventilation, regular inspections for leaks, and ensuring tanks and fittings are in good condition to prevent accidental release or fire hazards.

Depending on the appliance and labor requirements, costs range from $150 to $500.

You can maneuver your gas grill into place, but you cannot connect the grill to your gas source yourself. All municipalities mandate that a certified plumber carry out this work, so you’ll have to reach out to a plumber or a gas grill installation company in your area. Given how dangerous a gas leak can be, gas lines and connections are highly regulated, so you’ll need a professional’s help and a permit to install a gas grill.
