"i desperately needed gutter cleaning the day before a major storm. I spoke with Dave initially and he worked with me to make it possible and sent out his crew by the afternoon to my house. "I highly recommend Certified Chimney of Holtsville. A lightning strike caused damage to my chimney. I needed a new liner as well as a new cement crown and other work done to bring my chimney back up to snuff. The owner, Charles and his two associates (Christian and Christopher) did an outstanding job. They are extremely professional, neat and friendly. They completed the job quickly and the most important thing is that I was given a very decent price. If you need chimney work done, donâ t hesitate to call them."

"Visit 1: Technician diagnosed as Ignition OK but pilot goes out after 30 seconds and tries to light again. Pilot flame is not reaching flame sensor. It was determined to be non-functioning gas valve. Visit 2: Technician installs new gas valve and same issue. Visit 3: Another technician comes and determines real issue to be a plugged orifice. Issue is resolved. Technicians were professional and helpful and was disappointed that it took 3 visits to diagnose this issue and family had no heat for 6 days."
