Well first of all, I called their emergency number around 10 at night because water was spewing everywhere. Jeremy called back quickly and was able to talk my husband through stopping the leak. And also made sure we still had heat. He then came the following day to fix the problem.
I must say that Jeremy was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with having him in my house. He also took the time to tell me everything he was doing and telling the approximate prices of the materials needed as well.
Also I want to note that I price checked the materials on the internet and the prices were reasonable and what I personally expected from them to charge.
Very happy customer!!
Arrived in a timely fashion. Explained when and for how long water would be off.
Worked efficiently, with no problems encountered. Finished within estimated time.
