To be completely upfront, I did not hire this service provider. He "completed" work for the sellers of the house I moved into - as a closing agreement, they had to make the chimney safe to use (pointing, etc) and add a cap. I received a receipt as proof that he had made the fixes. After...
They have done well, but we are switching to gas and will no longer need the service.
