"this was an honest mistake done by a new employee that took the ladders.. I bought two new ladders (6ft , 4/ft) and offered Mrs [Member Name Removed] to take the new ones or the old ones that was taken by mistake. she decided to take the new ones, and told me that her daughter that wrote this review was going to remove it, but hasn't done it yet. I am a very hard working guy that has never done any wrong doing. I take pride on what I do, and my customers are always happy with my work as I put them first and always take good care of them.
