They are always very prompt, extraordinarily professional, and willing to work with me on price. They have helped me get some things done around the house on short notice to get it where it needed to be after purchasing and have vastly improved some things that were troublesome or, frankly, annoying. I won't go anywhere else for my plumbing needs at this point, particularly because I know I'll always get a fair and negotiated price.

My oil boiler was ancient( 35+ years) and so was the room it was in. I knew the job would be a bear. I decided to make the investment and to stitch from oil to gas. I reviewed lots or companies and decided to go with Bill and boy was that a good decision. He was prepared, knowledgeable about cutting edge products, patient, and importantly respected my financial constraints, had excellent reviews, was not afraid to show me pictures of his previous jobs. His previous jobs showed precision and high quality workmanship. He is organized, thorough, and careful. It was clear he took pride in his work - no matter how small or complicated. My job was very complicated with many steps to completion - requiring two boilers, 4 heating zones, regulators, a new water tank, new flooring and ceiling. He was there on deck, throughout the full process. He transformed my entire system of heating. I am completely satisfied with the work - and parenthetically he is a pleasure to work with. I recommend him without any reservation whatsoever ever.

Great job. They were very knowledgeable. Fast, courteous, and clean. I would definitely hire them again. I was very happy with the work.

Leaks in 4 different places/instances within days of work being performed. Unprofessional attitude in that he blamed us, his assistants and other contractors for his leaks and sloppy work. We incurred significant extra costs to fix his many mistakes and damage and are still in the process of resolving these issues. He was unable to take proper measurements and ending up installing the tub drain, toilet and vanity sink plumbing all in the wrong places. All this had to be redone. Not very punctual; one time he didn't even show up or inform us that he wasn't coming when I had stayed home from work to be present.

The dryer piping went fine.  Wasnt cheap but it was done well.   He supposedly ordered a part for the leaky shower and then preceded to never return calls or do a return follow up visit.  I'm sorry but if an existing customer calls you three times, you should have the professionalism to at least call them back.
