"I can't stop raving about Marcos, Lisa and the wonderful crew at Reis Wood Floors LLC! They literally saved my hard wood floors--and my sanity--and I am absolutely thrilled by the stunning results. I can't tell you how much I love and trust this company. They were such professionals from beginning to end. She really cares and wants her clients to be happy. Marcos is such a lovely person. He's super talented and knows his trade. He's truly a master craftsman. I highly and without any reservation recommend Reis to anyone who wants to restore their hardwood floors! I want to mention that we had two massive pet stains (left by the previous owners) by the entrance and in the dining room. but Marcos sanded them away brilliantly. There's no sign they were ever there. This company is so honest and fairly priced. Marcos didn't charge me extra for anything! They detailed all costs (we chose the more expensive Bona water based poly)--and I am one extremely happy and satisfied customer! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Communication was a breeze. It wasn't a large job in an upscale mansion like many of their clients but I felt they (Mat) gave my small area the same amount of attention and care that they would to a more lucrative job. And their pricing was reasonable. Mat was very personable and I could tell that he knew what he was doing and didn't cut corners in any way.
