If I could give him zero stars I would. We have to rip up our entire kitchen because they did not put down the proper material before installation. They put plywood on top of rotting wood and then the brand new custom flooring. They also glued the wood together that is tongue and groove which is not the proper way of doing it. Completely screwed us and now we have to rip out our entire kitchen to warping wood from moisture in our basement. They also installed a piece of wood on top of a dryer vent in our laundry room which started to warp which had to be ripped up as well. We probably have 2 years left with these floors before it is ruined. Never go to this company. They are lazy, and cost us a fortune to fix their mistakes. We will be taking this to the BBB.

"if I could, I would give this client zero Stars for common sense. they think they know but they don't. They are not innocent. they're playing Bob the builder they did all their own demo. after I leaving a big hole where new cabinets were to go I told him they need to put new plywood. after they bought the wrong plywood they asked me to do it. I guess they were lazy. all I did was cover the hole. I did not see any rotting or wet wood nor did they after demo. the custom flooring question is a 10 in face unfinished White oak tongue and groove and end matched flooring. after being in the business for 35 years as Southern Connecticut flooring gluing and nailing this plank floor is common sense. when you buy a house 250 plus years old you will find many square plugs in round holes. this floor was installed two years ago and now you're having a problem of warping wood because of moisture in the basement? try fixing the moisture problem and then you will find the wood will go back to its original shape. depending on how long you let it Warp for. I will give this client five stars for being a coward. you can have just called me.And why don't you just reroute the dryer out from underneath the subfloor.did the inspector missed this? how would I know where does this vent out to. I urge everyone that reads this to call the bbb. my company has been around longer than this client has been alive. and I'm at all jobs. you can take that check to the bank."

They were very responsive. The hardwood floors look fabulous. He was the first one to call. He was very reliable, and they just did a really good job. Honestly, all of the flooring guys had the same prices. I just picked him because he was the first to show up. He seemed like a really great guy. He did a fantastic job, and he was communicative. I would highly recommend him.

Their price was good, but they were very sloppy. I had just painted the house and they messed up the walls. They broke different pieces of sculpture that they decided to take off the tables so that they could get the room ready, whereas they could have said to me to make sure everything was removed from the tables and I would have done it, but they did not and a sculpture, which was of my grandmother, was broken. I was disappointed.

I'm glad that I had the floor replaced but it took longer than I had anticipated which was no one's fault. The process is slow.
Rod and his staff couldn't have been more helpful. When the craftsman is pleased with his work you know it all went well.

They were absolutely wonderful and did a great job. Their price was right; it was actually much less than other people. I wasn’t at home when they did the work, but it was done when they said they would. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Installed hardwood floors, Brazilian Cherry. Contractor had to remove the old carpet, clean the concrete floor, install the sub floor and glued down the new floor. Very professional and prompt and had great communication.
