The ladies did okay 4/5 The serious lack of communication and Adams meltdown when I posted a negative review and then refusal to cancel our account with them without an account 0/5.

Hired Purple Cow to do "deep cleaning"- WORST "CLEANING" SERVICE EVER. Their TACTIC is to move every single thing you have and leave it askew so it LOOKS like they cleaned, but if you check, there's dust everywhere. The did NOT clean inclusions for the deep clean- DID NOT DO: vents, blinds, window sills, inside panes, door frames, baseboards, under beds, inside furniture, set/stage items, tile and/or grout, cabinets and drawers, fridge, dishwasher exteriors, washer/dryer, or fully clean ANY surface. They even moved tables and left them backwards! They did a shoddy job, never moving runners to clean floors, going around them instead, didn't even fluff up couches, or fix pillows! Anything they did do was superficially cleaned and they skipped much of the furniture. They closed and locked doors when working in bedrooms- I had to bang on the door for them to open- Mara, the lead seems extremely angry all the time with a terse attitude and gets aggravated if asked to redo anything- This was a colossal waste of money and time and my instinct was that they were not trustworthy since they locked rooms they were in while cleaning WHY??? I would NEVER hire them again. They made me uncomfortable in my own home and sneaked out without telling me they were done AFTER I asked them to redo things that were not cleaned. Not sure how they get away with this but their work is terrible and their attitudes worse. I called the owner, Adam to complain- he said he'd call me back but never did. Keep in mind the cleaners will say they did the job, because they have something to lose. I don't have anything to lose now- money & much time have already been lost and my house is dirty and needs to be cleaned. I felt physically ill from the horrific experience- my house is A DIRTY JUMBLED MESS. PLUS they clean with DRY washcloths!!! I asked where the liquid cleaning products were, Mara said "in the car" and that I should call the office to tell her to get them???? FIND ANOTHER SERVICE, ANYONE WOULD DO A BETTER JOB!!

We used Purple Cow Cleaners to clean our new house before moving in and they did a great job. It was easy and convenient to book the appointment online. Noelia and Aileen arrived on time and left the house sparkling. There was a miscommunication about the type of service ordered but Adam, the co-owner, was quick to fix it. They were super responsive and easy to work with, we'd definitely use their services again.

I highly recommend Purple Cow. Scheduling was pleasant and easy, and Kayeon did a phenomenal job cleaning. He's a wonderful guy who took great care and did an extremely thorough job. It's the best cleaning we've ever had, and we look forward to having him back.

They did a great job cleaning my vacation rental. The place was spotless and smelled fresh. Will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them!

These guys were fantastic! Last minute cleaning need for a house party and they did a great job! My guests were very impressed by how the house looked thank you guys!!!

Purple Cow was fantastic from start to finish. The booking process was seamless. When the service was done with my home, you wouldn’t have known two young kids live there. Would definitely use again and recommend to others!
