"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. I can attest, based on other projects we have taken on, this project would have taken much longer than the five short weeks (including Christmas and below freezing temperatures) this took. The quality of their work was remarkable and the pride in their workmanship was always evident. The extra touches he included in the project and the counsel he provided gave us 100% confidence that he would do what was right and that he, and SHP, would go above and beyond. The house is beautiful, and Jeremy and SHP will always hold a place in our hearts. They are an absolute gift, and they are now considered part of our family. "Steve from Chimney and Duct Experts came on site did a very thorough inspection/quote for free. He took phones with drone and explained what needs to be done. Steve came back in a week, cleaned, installed a new liner, top plate, tee and cap. Also applied moisture blocker. After the project is done, I no longer smell the leaky exhuast from the furnace coming out of the wood stove. I'm very satisfied with the project."
