"My basement is dry. After work was completed, I still had water coming through my walls. I called and they came back to put a waterproof/plastic sheet up with tape that tied into the system they installed. We will see how long that lasts but for now the basement is dry. With that being said, everything that was in my basement is ruined. Everything is covered in about an inch of concrete dust. My wife’s inventory for her business is ruined. Our Christmas decorations are ruined. They put up plastic to protect our stuff but that clearly did nothing. Definitely clear out any belongings you want to use in the future and expect an inch of concrete dust when done. Thus, a bit of a mixed review."

"lWell. The basement was a damp dungeon prior to installation. Now, it's dry and usable. We also had a contractor install a new powder room and floor and lots of closets. We can now use the basement for extra living space.
