AJ came out for an estimate and explained the work he was going to do and gave me options on what different things he could do to help me out. He kept my wife and I in the loop every step of the way during the project. In addition, the crew didn't rush the job. They made sure the job was done right. Before the work was performed our basement would flood very easily when it rained. After the work was performed it rained and the basement was bone dry. This was a huge relief. Not having to mop up water every fifteen minutes was wonderful. Our sump pump doesn't run half as much as it used to. "My basement is dry. After work was completed, I still had water coming through my walls. I called and they came back to put a waterproof/plastic sheet up with tape that tied into the system they installed. We will see how long that lasts but for now the basement is dry. With that being said, everything that was in my basement is ruined. Everything is covered in about an inch of concrete dust. My wife’s inventory for her business is ruined. Our Christmas decorations are ruined. They put up plastic to protect our stuff but that clearly did nothing. Definitely clear out any belongings you want to use in the future and expect an inch of concrete dust when done. Thus, a bit of a mixed review."
