We contacted the provider initially, having questions about length of hoses and about protecting the lawn. The manager provided information personally. They performed the septic tank clean-out within a few days of the initial request, and took care to protect the lawn.
Very professional. Lawn was minimally disturbed even though two tank covers were dug up. Courteous and efficient. Will use again. I would highly recommend them!
