Brian looked closer and said half the roofline needed to be cut out. Instead of just replacing the bad siding, Brian cut out a line across the entire edge so that it would look uniform. He fixed and replaced the flashing and covered it with plastic wood. He recommended this for aesthetics and to help prevent any further degradation. Adding an additional unforeseen cost, we feel that the cost was competitive and fair for the amount of time, material and attention to detail."

"I contacted M and J roofing about a leak. Lous response was quick and after inspecting my roof responded with urgency. I had many roofs installed over the past several years none of which seem to work due to the pitch. The most recent roof I put on was a metal roof, which was the source of many of the problems. After Lou inspected it he told me what needed to be done and after agreeing on the contract he started immediately. They are prompt and professional and both him and his son Nick are two of the kindest human beings I ever met. They told me they'd be here at 8:00 a.m. and they were here before that, they started at 8:00 and we're done by the end of the day. Lou and Nick kept me posted each step of the way and during the removal of the metal roof they showed me what went wrong and explained why it went wrong. In short it was because of companies or people that install roofs that don't care about their work that care about ripping off unsuspecting customers. That is why in closing I will say M and J roofing should be the only and I am stressing only company anybody should want to do any work on their roof."

"L&L made several visit including Saturday and Sunday to evaluate the job and made several suggestions as to the best way to replace the roof without any damage to the interior of our house.They promised to pick a good day to do the job and complete the job in one day. They arrived at about 7:30 AM with a crew of about 10 workers and had the complete roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up before 4:30 PM. This included new lead flashing for the chimney and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. In addition they guaranteed the workmanship of the roof for as long as we owned the house.
