My experience with this company was very dissatisfactory on multiple levels. They sent a very inexperienced repairman to repair my heating unit, which had been turning itself off and was hard to get working again. This repairman had to call his buddies for help. After 1.5 hours (!), three repairmen had reconnected an intake hose and greased the motor, and got the unit working again. They told me that I would also need to order a very expensive new part (fan inducer assembly) to completely fix the unit. The next morning, my heater was completely cold. Total Comfort would not refund the 223 for the failed repair. I called a different heating company, which had to reconnect the intake hose again (the same repair that Total Comfort Control charged me for). Since then, my heater has functioned flawlessly for over a month. I saved over $1,000 by using the other company instead of Total Comfort Control.

We are out of state so getting a contractor is very difficult. I called several people, even friends for months.  One call to them and they reached out to the location and fixed the problem and advised us of other issues.  Their price was less then others I had contacted through Angie's List.  Also used them to install a hot water  heater.  So very please - clean, professional - on time, etc!!
