"Hello [Member Name Removed], Unfortunately, I either never received your call or, it may not have been me you contacted. I pride myself on returning phone calls and emails on a daily basis. In fact, I return all phone calls even if a customers time frame does not fall in line with my avaialability just as a courtesy. I apologize if in fact it was my company you contacted and for some reason I did not get your message and we never connected. Regards George"
It was most refreshing to have a craftsman suggest that we did not need his labor. He literally talked himself out of the job! He based his advice on his own experience in selling houses. He explained that no matter how many repairs you may do, the potential buyers only see what they may have to do. He freely gave us many suggestions that we could do to enhance the potential sale and after some lengthy conversation about house selling he left and charged us nothing.
I'm sorry that I had to check off "NO" for "Would we use this provider in the future" since we are no longer in the area, but if we were, I would definitely call on him again.
