Haven removed the damaged ceiling, cleaned up the mold/mildew with a specialized chemical, replaced the ceiling, and painted the ceiling and wall. He also put sheetrock on a section of my stairwell well where I had to remove the wall surface to bring a washing machine to the second floor.
