"I do not recommend this contractor. I recently bought a house in Ridgefield ct, so I hired this company to paint several rooms in the house. And because I didn't move yet, so they work unsupervised. They didn't know I had surveillance cameras all over. So I noticed this: THE BAD I capture unprofessional behavior. first, the painters went to rooms they were not supposed to enter, then they use my ladder without my authorization, and lastly, one of them smoked in my balcony. (when I confront the contractor, he said that if they smoke outside is not a problem....fire hello!! I was about to terminate the contract, but they were close to finishing the job) Most of it was of good quality regarding the painting, but they did not deliver the same quality in one room (my kid's room). I was even able to see the prior paint color. When I show this to the manager in the final walk, he said they already used three layers of paint, and to get it right, and it will cost me extra. I don't care how many layers they use; what I need is a good job! THE GOOD they booked me fast, and the price was reasonable. So, in conclusion, If you are not going to be in the property when working, be vigilant. And also, be prepared to pay more if you want a great job. I am definitely not hiring them again."

"The quality of this service was amazing! We contacted them last minute for a move out cleaning when another vendor canceled on us, and they were able to come out and help us. Their work was not only done at a fair price, but it was of much better quality than the previous house cleaner we’d used. I wish we had known about this company sooner! "We had our home exterior painted with solid color stain. The job was done in a timely manner. However, sometime soon after the job was completed, bubbles appeared on the newly stained siding. This was no surprise since the issue had happened before. It was explained to me that the siding used had a "mill glaze" on it due to improper sawing at the mill. This prevents any finish from adhering properly. Even though it wasn't totally their problem, Igli had his crew come out twice to resand and coat all of the problem areas. Now things look very good. Igli is a man of his word and his crew did a great job under difficult circumstances. I highly recommend Sid Painting."
