Chris and his crew worked with us throughout the process to make optimal design and layout decisions, make crucial choices for electrical and plumbing, navigate the inspections and give us as much basement as we could get for our budget. We were impressed with Chris's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make things right. While we did go a little over budget, the choices we made improved the original plan and were lifestyle design decisions. Basement remodels are no short-term project. Over the several months and different phases, Chris's crew was polite, on-time, and maintained a clean environment. Dave took our budget and was very upfront and honest about what we could and could not do and what the best use for our money would be. He helped us create a reno plan achieve the look we wanted within our budget. What we most enjoyed about Dave was that he was on site every day and did most of the work himself. There's definitely something to be said to know who is in your person and exactly who is doing the work each step of the way. Dave was very professional and communication was excellent.
