"Phones call was returned quickly and an appointment was set up to provide a quote . Appointment was delayed but was communicated that someone would still be arriving. Impressed that Casey arrived and wore a mask while inspecting the 12 trees I wanted removed. He provided a quote and gave me a possible date of service. I requested a service date two weeks after and he said that date was available. He explained how and what would occur and it would take 2 days to cut the 12 trees. On the day of my appointment, Casey and the crew arrived and immediately set up the equipment and started to work.
