"We had a great experience with the Lux Renovations and Owens Corning team. The whole process was very easy from designing the space, selecting colors, and having a contract manager who organized the entire basement remodel including all the trades and inspections. We were sold on the Owens Corning materials for the basement and that they were engineered specifically for a basement space. Would highly recommend this team for your basement remodel needs."

"Paul Riccio is, hands down, the most trustworthy and professional contractor I’ve ever worked with. Paul remodeled my basement after a flood and water mitigation had to be done. My basement was completely destroyed. Paul not just restored it, he transformed it. I lived alone and had to work, giving Paul access to my home while I wasn’t present. He was respectful of my home, treating it as his own. When I got home, work was always done and the work space was clean. He showed up when he said he would and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Paul Riccio is a contractor who takes pride in his work and puts great value on his personal and professional reputation. I can do no less than give Mr. Riccio my complete and wholehearted endorsement. He’ll be my go-to guy should I ever need anything done in my home again. Hire Paul Riccio for any home project, large or small. You won’t be disappointed."
