"We hired Dave to do a kitchen and master bath remodel in our townhome. We had very specific ideas of what we wanted to do and had a specific budget in mind we wanted to do it in. Dave took our budget and was very upfront and honest about what we could and could not do and what the best use for our money would be. He helped us create a reno plan achieve the look we wanted within our budget. What we most enjoyed about Dave was that he was on site every day and did most of the work himself. There's definitely something to be said to know who is in your person and exactly who is doing the work each step of the way. Dave was very professional and communication was excellent.
